抗病毒药物研究进展

Research Progress on the Antiviral Drugs

当前防治病毒主要依靠疫苗和药物,疫苗在实际应用中具有局限性且可能出现散毒现象,因而,药物研发成为热点且前景广阔。目前,抗病毒药物主要有化学药物和中草药及其制剂。本文通过查阅相关文献,从化学药物、中草药两方面对抗病毒药物进行综述,以期为抗病毒药物的研发和临床用药提供理论依据。

The prevention of viral diseases mainly relies on vaccines and drugs. Vaccines have limitations and may lead to the phenomenon of detoxification in practical applications. Therefore,drug research is still the top priority and has broad prospects. At present,antiviral drugs mainly include chemical drugs and Chinese herbs. By referring to relevant literatures, the anti-disease drugs were reviewed from the aspects of chemical drugs and Chinese herbal medicine, in order to provide theoretical basis for the research and development of antiviral drugs and clinical drugs.
