儒学视域下社会工作伦理本土化的嵌入

Embedment of the Localization of Social Work Ethics from the Perspective of Confucianism

为进一步促进社会工作在我国的扎根,推动本土社会工作的发展,从社会工作专业价值与专业伦理的角度出发,总结国内外学者对本土化的研究结果,分析了当前我国社会工作本土化进程,指出了我国社工界对价值伦理存在界定不清及如何本土化的问题,提出在清晰划分专业价值与伦理的基础上,立足本土实践,结合儒家思想与风俗传统,避免"西方中心主义",走出一条"基于现实、挖掘传统、以我为主、中西璧成"的本土化道路。

In order to further promote the root of social work in China,and promote the development of local social work,from the perspective of social work professional values and ethics,based on the research results of localization by domestic and foreign scholars between 2000 and 2018,the paper analyzes the current stage of the localization process of social work and its disadvantages,points out that social workers in China do not clearly define value and ethics and the problem of localization. It puts forward that local practice should be based on clear division of professional values and ethics combined with the Confucian thoughts and customs. " West centralism" should be avoided to open up a localization road of " Based on reality,Mining tradition,Self-centered,Combination of Chinese and western elements".
