摘要 母排是配电板的关键组成设备。而母排与母排连接处的接触电阻则是母排的主要参数之一。因此,对母排接触电阻的测量是至关重要的。文章提出了一种对运行中的母排接触电阻进行实时测量的方法。通过采集母排连接处的电势,得到连接处两端的电压差,同时测得流经母排连接处的电流,再根据欧姆定律即可得到接触电阻。通过分析表明,此方法能够对母排连接处的接触电阻进行实时监测,并且可以预防母排接触电阻过大造成的安全事故,保证船舶供电系统的安全可靠运行。 The copper busbar is the key component of the power distribution cabinet. The contact resistance between copper busbars connected with screws is one of the main parameters from the busbar. Therefore, it is crucial to measure the contact resistance of the busbars. In the paper, a method is proposed that the live contact resistance is measured in real time. By collecting the potential at the junction of the busbars, the voltage difference across the junction is obtained. And the current flowing through the junction of the busbars is measured by current transformer. Then the contact resistance is calculated according to Ohm’s law. The analysis shows that the method can measure the contact resistance of the busbars in real time, and prevent a safety accident caused by the excessive contact resistance. It effectively guarantees the safe and reliable operation of the ship power supply system.
