职教集团框架下校企资源共享机制建设的路径

The Path of Resource Sharing Mechanism Between Schools and Enterprises under the Framework of Vocational Education Group

建立校企之间良好的资源共享机制,对促进校企间离散资源的聚合具有关键作用。分析了职教集团框架下资源共享存在的诸多问题及原因。提出通过明晰产权构建集团内部成员资源共享关系、建立一体化统筹功能的资源共享平台、建立健全政府对资源共享主体的补偿机制、加强集团内部通用型共享基地建设与整合、建立健全人力资源共享机制建设等途径,构建职教集团框架下校企资源共享机制,实现资源共享,推动产教融合。

Establishing a good resource sharing mechanism between schools and enterprises plays a key role in promoting the aggregation of discrete resources between schools and enterprises. This paper analyzes the problems and causes of resource sharing under the framework of the vocational education group. It proposes establishing member resource sharing relationship through clear property rights, establishing an integrated resource sharing platform, establishing and perfecting the government’s compensation mechanism for resource sharing entities, strengthening the construction and integration of the common shared training base within the group, and establishing a sound human resource sharing mechanism, to construct a school-enterprise resource sharing mechanism under the framework of the vocational education group, realize resource sharing, and promote the integration of enterprises with vocational colleges.
