产品载体与特长生认知的需求导向职教探究——甘肃省职业教育发展年度报告(2018)分析

摘要 以"完善职业教育和培训体系,深化产教融合、校企合作"的新时代中国特色职业教育新定位、新要求为统揽,以满足学生成长需求和经济产业发展需求为出发点和落脚点,深入研究甘肃省职业教育发展状况,分析了职业院校学生特点和成才规律、课程教学载体与有效性,形成了"需求导向,产品载体,人与社会同步发展"的职业教育发展新思路。 Taking the new orientation and new requirements of vocational education with Chinese characteristics in the new era of "improving vocational education and training system, deepening integration of industry and education, and school-enterprise cooperation" as the guide, with the starting point to meet the needs of students’ growth and economic and industrial development, this paper makes a thorough study of the development of vocational education in Gansu Province, and analyzes the characteristics of vocational college students, the rules of their success and the teaching carrier and effectiveness of courses, and forms the new vocational development idea of demand-orientation, product carrier and the joint development of man and society.
