摘要 基于过程挖掘技术的医疗业务流程仿真分析在数据收集和改进方案量化评估上存在困难,导致针对降低患者等待时间的门诊业务流程优化缺乏科学的数据支持。为此,文中提出了一种基于仿真分析的门诊业务流程优化决策支持框架。所构建的基于过程挖掘分析的数据驱动仿真模型,包括过程发现、患者预约到达率分析和门诊服务时间分析。此外,该框架还包括一系列从仿真分析中得出最优改进方法的步骤。为了证明所述框架的有效性,文中基于医院的实际数据对该仿真分析的决策框架进行验证和分析。 The simulation analysis of medical business processes based on process mining technology has difficulties in data collection and quantitative evaluation of improvement programs,resulting in lack of scientific data support for outpatient business process optimization to reduce patient waiting time.To this end,an outpatient business process optimization decision support framework based on simulation analysis is proposed in this paper.The data-driven simulation model based on process mining analysis is constructed,including process discovery,patient appointment arrival rate analysis and outpatient service time analysis.In addition,the framework includes a series of steps to derive the best improvement from simulation analysis.In order to prove the validity of the framework,the decision framework of simulation analysis based on the actual data of the hospital is verfied and analyzed in the paper.
