华北蓝盆花花序中酚类化合物的测定及抗氧化活性

Determination of phenols and antioxidant activity of inflorescence from Scabiosa tschiliensis Grunning

为有效利用华北蓝盆花(Scabiosa tschiliensis Grunning)资源,测定了其花序不同萃取物中总酚的含量.研究结果表明,乙酸乙酯萃取物中总酚的质量分数最高,达到130.8mg/g.通过HPLC分析,从乙酸乙酯萃取物中检测到槲皮苷、槲皮素、绿原酸、芦丁、咖啡酸、表儿茶素、淫羊藿苷、阿魏酸、异鼠李素和香草酸10种单体酚.其中,槲皮苷、槲皮素、绿原酸和芦丁的质量分数较高,分别达15.15、6.87、4.73、2.67mg/g.体外抗氧化分析表明,乙酸乙酯萃取物具有较强的抗氧化能力.

For utilization the resources of Scabiosa tschiliensis Grunning,the content of total phenol in different extracts of inflorescence fromS.tschiliensis Grunning was determined.The results showed that the content of total phenol in ethyl acetate fraction was 130.8mg/g,much high than other fractions.Ten compounds of quercitrin,quercetin,chlorogenic acid,rutin,caffeic acid,L-epicatechin,icariin,ferulic acid,isorhamnetin and vanillic acid were identified from the extracts by HPLC.The contents of quercitrin,quercetin,chlorogenic acid and rutin were high,up to 15.15,6.87,4.73and 2.67mg/g,respectively.In vitro antioxidant analysis showed that the ethyl acetate fraction had strong antioxidant capacity.
