指出了低成本设计策略应在节约成本的基础上最大限度地发挥绿地景观综合效益。分析了如何利用空间句法、生态设计等理论确保项目从选址、设计、施工全过程建设资金的有效投入,提高景观的长期收益。并结合控制成本的具体措施,深入探讨了城市滨水绿地的低成本设计策略,以期为低成本设计提供新的思路和方法。

It is pointed out that the low-cost design strategy should give full play to the comprehensive benefits of greenbelt landscape on the basis of cost saving. This paper analyzes how to make use of space syntax and ecological design theory to ensure the effective investment of construction funds from the whole process of site selection, design and construction, and improve the long-term benefit of landscape. Combined with the specific measures of cost control, the low-cost design strategy of urban waterfront green space is deeply discussed, which provides new ideas and methods for low-cost design.
