Research on the Application of Project Management Method in the Performance Management of College Administrative Staff

对项目管理方法在高校科研绩效管理中的应用进行了初步分析,结合项目管理理论构建了高校科研绩效考核的指标体系,在项目管理流程设计的基础上明确了实施办法,应用项目管理过程控制理论进行了考核的优化与监控,提出了定性与定量相结合的方法,为高校开发项目管理在科研绩效考核工作中的应用提供一定的参考。

This paper makes a preliminary analysis and discussion on the application of project management method in the performance management of scientific research and constructs the index system of performance evaluation of university scientific research based on project management process design. Using the theory of project management process control to optimize and monitor the evaluation, the paper puts forward the method of combining qualitative and quantitative, which provides some reference for the application of university development project management in performance evaluation.
