负荷核素心肌显像时心电图ST-T段改变的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨负荷心肌显像过程中心电图ST-T段改变的价值。方法选取2017年9月—2018年9月就诊于山西医科大学第一医院的疑诊冠心病病人42例,按序行静息/腺苷负荷心肌显像检查、冠状动脉造影术,检查中记录12导联心电图、评估心肌缺血情况、采集负荷前后左心功能及容积参数。结果检查的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、符合率,核素心肌显像分别为80.0%、63.6%、66.7%、77.8%、71.4%,心电图分别为30.0%、90.9%、75.0%、58.8%、61.9%,核素心肌显像与心电图两者联合分别为90.0%、59.1%、66.7%、86.7%、73.8%,两者联合略优于单纯负荷核素心肌显像(P>0.05)。结论负荷核素心肌显像检查中心电图ST-T段的变化可能有助于提高冠心病的检出率。
