摘要
文章从文献查询、实例计算和电镀车间酸雾产生的机理等方面阐述了目前常用的酸雾散发量经验公式不适用于电镀车间有组织酸雾源强核算,并对各种源强核算方法的优缺点进行了比较。分析表明,电镀车间酸雾源强核算方法不能简单利用经验公式计算,应按照《污染源源强核算技术指南电镀》(HJ984—2018)规定,采用实测法、类比法或者产污系数法核算电镀车间有组织排放酸雾源强,以此减少误差,符合实际应用。
From the aspects of literature inquiry,calculation example and the mechanism of acid mist formation,it is expounded that the empirical formula currently used is not applicable to calculate the organized discharge of acid mist source intensity in electroplating workshop.And the advantages and disadvantages of various acid mist source intensity calculation methods are compared.The analysis shows that the method of source intensity calculation in electroplating workshop cannot be simply calculated by empirical formula,and according to the Technical Guidelines for Accounting of Pollution Source Intensity for Electroplating(HJ 984—2018),the measured method,analogy method or pollution coefficient method should be adopted to calculate the organized discharge of acid mist source intensity in electroplating workshop,in order to reduce the error and fitting actual application.
