该碳素化工企业的污水处理设施散发的废气量大,浓度高,味道重,对周围环境的污染较为严重。设计通过对散发废气的主要构筑物进行膜覆盖:反吊膜结构,以碳钢圆管为骨架,将高张力的膜反吊在骨架下方。废气回收:输送管道选用玻璃钢管道,采用架空铺设,管道风速支管4-5m/s,主管8-10m/s,风压在2000-4000Pa之间。洗涤吸收塔:气量:2500-3000m^3/h;18000-20000m^3/h;气体流速:1.0-1.50m/s;尺寸:φ1500×8000mm;φ3000×8000mm;生物除臭塔:废气量为3000m^3/h的生物除臭塔的设备尺寸:3.5×2.0×3.0m,填料高度为1.6m;处理废气量为18000m^3/h的生物除臭塔的设备尺寸:8×5.0×3.0m,填料高度为1.6m;最终废气达标排放。

The waste gas emitted from the sewage treatment facility of the carbon chemical enterprise is large in quantity,high in concentration and heavy in taste.In this design,the main structures emitting waste gas are covered with membrane:The inverted membrane structure uses a carbon steel circular tube as a framework,and the high-tension membrane is inverted below the framework.Waste gas negative pressure recovery:the conveying pipeline is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe,which is laid overhead.The wind speed of branch pipe is 4~5 m/s,the wind speed of main pipe is 8~10 m/s,and the wind pressure is 2000-4000 Pa.Washing absorption tower:gas volume:2500~3000 m^3/h;18000~20000 m^3/h.Gas flow rate:1.0~1.50 m/s.Size:Φ1500×8000 mm;φ3000×8000 mm.Biological deodorization tower:The equipment size of biological deodorization tower with waste gas volume of 3000 m3/h is 3.5×2.0×3.0 m,and the packing height is 1.6 m;The equipment size of the biological deodorization tower with a waste gas volume of 18000 m3/h is 8×5.0×3.0 m,and the packing height is 1.6 m.Finally,the exhaust gas reaches the standard.
