地方师范院校“教师教育者”队伍建设问题及对策

地方师范院校是乡村教师队伍的直接供给源,其"教师教育者"质量直接关系乡村教育振兴。目前,地方师范院校"教师教育者"队伍建设存在一些不容忽视的短板:学校综合化发展弱化了教师教育,"教师教育者"职业成就感不高;"教师教育者"队伍建设"拼盘组合",离散程度高;"教师教育者"队伍建设样态多样,综合效应没有凸显;"教师的教师""研究者"角色疏离,"教师教育者"身份认同困难。地方师范院校"教师教育者"队伍建设的策略主要有:健全管理机制,促进"教师教育者"队伍建设;融合不同文化,构建"教师教育者"实践共同体;倡导自我研究,促进"教师教育者"专业发展。

Local normal colleges and universities are the direct supply of rural teachers, and the quality of their teacher educators is directly related to the revitalization of rural education. At present, there is weakness that can not be ignored in the construction of teacher educators in local normal universities. The comprehensive development of colleges weakens teacher education, and the sense of professional achievement of "teacher educators" is not high;The team construction of "teacher educators" is a "combination of platforms" with a high degree of dispersion;and the team construction of teacher educators is diverse and the comprehensive effects are not obvious;the role of "teachers for teachers"and "researchers" is alienated, and the identity of "teacher educators" is difficult. The strategies of team construction of teacher educators of local normal colleges and universities are as follows: improving the management mechanism and promoting team construction of teacher educators;integrating different cultures and building teacher educators’ practice community;advocating self-study and promoting teacher educators’ professional development.
