目标导向下高职院校开展拓展训练研究——以云南省为例

Goal-Oriented Research on Condition of Outward Bound in Yunnan Higher Vocational Schools ——Take Yunnan Province as on Example

以高职教育培养目标与体育教学培养目标为参照,通过文献研究法、实证研究法、经验总结法等从理论和实际应用上分析高职院校开展拓展训练情况,并结合国内外成功经验得出结论,拓展训练与高职院校培养目标一致,拓展训练与学校体育教育理念吻合,在高职院校开展拓展训练对提升学生的职业素质和心理素质成效突出,在云南省高职院校体育课融入拓展训练对提升学生基本素养有益。

Taking the training target of higher vocational education and physical education as the reference, this paper analyzes theoretically and practically the condition of outward bound in higher vocational school by using the method of literature research, empirical analysis, experience summarization etc. Integrating domestic and foreign successful experience this paper concludes that the target of outward bound is in accordance with the training target of higher vocational educaiton and that these ideas of outward bound and physical education match each other. Therefore, this paper also concludes that developing outward bound in higher vocational school helps a lot to improve students’ professional quality and psychological quality and that it is beneficial in Yunnan higher vocational school of students improving their essential accomplishment to integrate outward bound into physical education class.
