基于翻转课堂的眼科见习教学模式的构建与评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨翻转课堂教学模式在眼科见习教学中的应用及学生对该教学模式的接受度。方法选取中山大学2012级5年制临床医学专业94名学生为研究对象,在其见习教学中,将"眼外伤"章节的教学由传统模式转变为翻转课堂模式。通过问卷调查,考查学生对翻转课堂教学模式的接受度,并比较翻转课堂和传统课堂在提升学生学习成绩和综合技能方面的效果。结果 79.8%的学生认为翻转课堂是一种非常有效且具有启发意义的教学方式,84.0%的学生认为翻转课堂能让学生更主动地参与到学习当中,69.1%的学生认为应该多推广翻转课堂。问卷调查结果表明,翻转课堂在解决临床实际问题能力、查阅文献能力、与他人开展合作的能力、自主学习能力的培养方面优于传统课堂,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);翻转课堂相较于传统课堂显著提升了学生成绩(P<0.001)。结论翻转课堂在眼科见习教学中具有良好的接受度,且有助于学生综合能力的培养和学习成绩的提高。 Objective To evaluate the flipped classroom applied in ophthalmology probation teaching as well as the students’ acceptability of flipped classroom.Methods 94 students majoring in clinical medicine in 5-year program of Sun Yat-sen University were selected as subjects,we changed the teaching model of ocular trauma chapter from the traditional lecture-based approach to flipped classroom approach. Through anonymous questionnaires,we examined the students’ acceptability of the new approach,compared the effects of flipped classroom and traditional classroom in improving students’ learning performance and comprehensive skills. Results Compared to the traditional classroom,flipped classroom was thought to be a "very effective and inspiring way of teaching" by 79.8% of the students,"a teaching method which makes me more likely to participate in learning" by 84.0% of the students and "a better teaching method which should be generalized" by 69.1% of the students. Flipped classroom was considered better in helping to train students’ ability in clinical problem solving,literature searching and studying,cooperating with others and autonomous learning compared with the traditional approach,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001). Compared with traditional teaching,flipped classroom could significantly improve students’ performance(P<0.001). Conclusions The flipped classroom not only has a good acceptability in ophthalmology probation teaching but also beneficial for the cultivation of students’ comprehensive ability.
