二元细化评分表在客观结构化临床考试中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究自行研制的二元细化评分表对客观结构化临床考试的影响。方法比较分析应用二元细化评分表前后两场考核的平均分、标准差、难度系数、区分度、信度等指标,同时比较分析两场考核中相同考站的平均成绩、信度。结果应用二元细化评分表后的考核总成绩平均分为84.86±4.49,难度系数为0.849,区分度为0.409,Cronbach’sα系数为0.820,而先前考核的总成绩平均分为86.61±3.36,难度系数为0.866,区分度为0.297,Cronbach’sα系数为0.703。使用二元细化评分表后,心肺复苏、腰椎穿刺、消毒铺巾、神经系统查体考站成绩低于先前,但Cronbach’sα系数变化不一。结论二元细化评分表降低了考生平均成绩,提升了考试的难度、区分度和信度,取得了良好的考试效果。 Objective To study the impact of the application of the binary detailed assessment form developed by ourselves to objective structured clinical examination. Methods The average score,standard deviation,difficulty coefficient,discrimination and reliability of the two examinations before and after the application of the binary detailed assessment form were compared. Meanwhile,the average score and reliability of the same examining station in the two examinations were compared. Results After applying the binary detailed assessment form,the average score of the examination was 84.86±4.49. The difficulty coefficient was 0.849. The discrimination degree was 0.409,and the Cronbach’s αcoefficient was 0.820;while the previous average score was 86.61±3.36. The difficulty coefficient was 0.866. The discrimination degree was 0.297,and the Cronbach’s α coefficient was 0.703. The average scores of CPR,lumbar puncture,disinfection towel and nervous system physical examination stations were lower than those of the previous ones,but the Cronbach’s α coefficient changed differently. Conclusion The binary detailed assessment form reduces the average scores of the examinees,improves the difficulty,discrimination and reliability of the examination.
