摘要
为了对产品加工质量进行统计分析,设计了一种集成分布图分析和点图分析的产品质量控制方法。根据加工过程,顺序采集25组由4个零件构成小样本,计算小样本的均值和极差,并确定上下控制线和绘制点图,根据点图的分布规律,初步确定工艺过程是稳定的。计算100个样本零件的均值和标准差,根据样本容量确定尺寸间隔,统计各尺寸间隔样本零件出现的频次,依此绘制直方图。根据正态分布规律,计算极值点等特殊点的零件频次,确定正态分布图。利用正态分布规律计算工序能力,确定工艺系统是否稳定。分布图分析表明工艺过程是稳定的,验证了点图分析结果。
A control approach of product quality integrated is designed to analyze product quality by using distribution diagram and point diagram. Firstly,25 small samples each of which consists of 4 parts are collected sequentially. Mean and range of small samples are computed. The upper limit and lower limit are used to describe point diagram. According to the distribution rule of point graphs,the technological process is considered to be stable. Secondly,mean and standard deviation of 100 parts are calculated. Size interval is determined according to sample sizes,and the frequency of sample parts for every size interval is counted. A histogram is pictured accordingly. A normal quantie plot based on the histogram is determined by calculating the frequency of part in special points. Finally,process capability is calculated to assess stability of process system by the normal quantie plot. Analysis of normal quantie plot shows the technological process is stable,which identifies the analysis result of point graphs.
