摘要
FDM三维打印机结构简单、价格低廉,已在国内各大高校广泛流行,用于工程训练、建筑设计、原型开发等。但是,FDM三维打印机容易发生喷头堵塞、断丝等送丝异常现象,使得大型构件的打印成功率下降。针对这一情况,研制了一种送丝异常检测装置。在打印过程中实时采集丝材运动信号,通过修改打印机主控板固件,结合开发的相应算法,分析、识别送丝异常信号。配合上位机程序,可实现送丝异常发生时自动停止打印,并在人为排除异常后重新开始打印的功能,从而大大提高打印成功率。
Nowadays,the FDM 3 D printers are very popular in colleges because of their simple structures and low prices. They can be used for engineering training,architectural designing,prototype developing and so on. However,the filament feeding exceptions,such as jammed nozzle and broken filament,often happen for FDM 3 D printers,which brings down the success rate of 3 D printing for big structures. For this situation,a detection equipment for filament feeding exception is developed. This equipment collects the filament movement signals during the 3 D printing process in real time. The signals are sent to the main control board,in which the firmware is modified. An algorithm is also developed for analyzing and recognizing the exceptional signals. With the help of the upper computer program,when the exceptional signal comes,the printing process can be automatically paused. And the printing process can be resumed if the exception is manually handled. In this way,the printing success rate can be improved.
