摘要
我国危险化学品安全管理形式严峻,危险化学品安全管理专业人才极度缺乏,而化工行业的高速发展迫切需要安全管理专业人才队伍的支撑。通过设置系统全面的课程内容(绪论、基础知识和专业知识、心理素质和实践技能),采取专家讲座、视频动漫教学、案例教学和计算机现场仿真模拟教学的"四位一体"的多元化创新教学模式,并选用混合式的课程考核方法考核学生学习的真实水平。这种模式能够培养具备专业技术能力强、安全生产意识好、心理素质高的危险化学品安全管理专业人才,构建起系统的高校危险化学品安全管理课程体系,可为高校危险化学品安全管理专业人才培养提供有益借鉴。
The safety management of hazardous chemicals in China is severe,and there is a shortage of safety management professionals of dangerous chemicals. The rapid development of chemical industry urgently needs the support of safety management professionals. By setting up a comprehensive curriculum content( introduction,basic knowledge and professional knowledge, psychological quality and practical skills), adopting the "four in one "diversified innovative teaching of expert lectures,video animation teaching,case teaching and computer field simulation teaching,and using mixed curriculum assessment method to assess the true level of learning effect,dangerous chemical safety management professionals are cultivated with strong professional skills,safe production awareness and high psychological quality. A systematic curriculum system for the safety management of hazardous chemicals in colleges and universities is constructed to provide a useful reference for the training of professionals in the safety management of hazardous chemicals.
