枇杷叶多糖提取及其体外抗氧化研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的:研究枇杷叶多糖体外抗氧化的活性作用.方法:首先对枇杷叶进行预处理,将枇杷叶洗净烘干磨粉,继而用回流法提取,然后进行蒸发浓缩,除去叶绿素、醇沉,除去蛋白等一系列的操作得到枇杷叶多糖,并用维生素C(Vc)作阳性对照.通过对羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力,还原能力的测定以及对DPPH自由基清除作用方面来评价枇杷叶多糖溶液抗氧化能力的强弱.结果:枇杷叶多糖能够很好地清除自由基,还具有较强的体外抗氧化能力,可以作为天然抗氧化剂和自由基清除剂,对其具有一定的开发价值.结论:枇杷叶多糖提取率为6.43%,且具有一定的抗氧化活性. Objective The present study was designed to investigate the antioxidant activities in vitro of the loquat leaf polysaccharide.Methods Firstly,the loquat leaf shall be pretreated by washing,drying and pulverizing,extracting by reflux method,then evaporating and concentrating,and then removing its chlorophylls,ethanol precipitations,and proteins and so on.After that,the loquat leaf polysaccharide was acquired,and made a positive comparison with vitamin C.The antioxidant activities of the loquat leaf polysaccharide were evaluated from four respects which are the scavenging effect of hydroxyl radical,superoxide anion free radical and DPPH free radical,and the determination of reducing capacity.Results The loquat leaf polysaccharide has good antioxidant activities in vitro and performs well in scavenging free radicals,besides it can be used as natural antioxidant,free radical scavenger and is worth further studying.Conclusion The extraction rate of polysaccharide from loquat leaves was 6.43%,andit has certain antioxidant activity.
