摘要
针对国家能源集团宁夏煤业有限责任公司的1800kVA无烟煤直流高温石墨化炉存在的炉内壁结焦问题,本文利用X-射线衍射仪对炉壁各部位焦层的矿物组成进行表征,并结合炉壁焦层的外观及分布特征,对焦层的成因进行了初步分析和判断,提出了几点措施和建议。
In view of the inwall coking problem in 1800 kVA anthracite direct current high temperature graphitization furnace of Ningxia Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.of National Energy Group,the mineral composition of the coke layer in each part of the furnace wall is characterized by X-ray diffractometer,in combination with the appearance and distribution characteristics of the coke layer on the furnace wall,the origin of coke layer is preliminarily analyzed and judged,and several measures and suggestions are put forward.
