神华新疆煤制烯烃项目废水处理中A/O工艺的应用

摘要 在煤制烯烃的过程中,产生几种比较固定的废水,主要有煤气化过程中产生的气化废水、甲醇制烯烃(即MTO装置)过程中产生的MTO废水、生活污水、各装置低浓度生产污水、其他生产污水等,要进行处理后达标排放或零排放,这就要求处理后的水质必须达到国家排放标准或下游继续再处理进水接受控制标准,需要采用合适的生化工艺进行降解,否则其对COD、BOD、氨氮、p H值、SS、TDS、氰化物、硫化物等去除率较低,结合本项目水质特点,采用处理效率高的A/O工艺是一个运行成功的案例,本文介绍了A/O工艺的技术特点及在煤制烯烃项目废水处理工艺中的应用。 In the process of coal-to-olefin,several kinds of relatively fixed wastewater are produced,mainly including gasification wastewater generated in the process of coal gasification,MTO wastewater generated in the process of methanol to olefin(i.e.MTO device),domestic sewage,low concentration production sewage of each device,other production sewage,etc.,which shall be discharged up to standard or zero after treatment,and that requires the treated water quality must reach the national standard,it is necessary to adopt appropriate biochemical process for degradation,otherwise the removal rate of COD,BOD,ammonia nitrogen,p H value,SS,TDS,cyanide,sulfide,etc.will be relatively lower.The paper combines with the water quality characteristics of the project,adopts A/O process with high treatment efficiency is a successful case.This paper introduces the technical characteristics of A/O process and its application in wastewater treatment process of coal-to-olefin project.
