1052MW超超临界机组锅炉烟气余热回收系统运行性能分析及建议

摘要 针对1000MW机组锅炉烟气余热利用系统存在二级低温省煤器出口烟气温度超过设计值20℃的问题。为使其达到设计性能,组织进行了锅炉烟气余热利用系统的换热器温升和端差定量分析。本文通过分析结果表明,二级低温省煤器烟气侧与中间水换热端差比设计值略大和温升比设计值小较多,以及中间水与冷空气换热端差比设计值略小或接近设计值和温升比设计值小较多的实际结果,且初步分析具体原因,提出了运行优化、热力试验、技术改造措施和建议,供设计和运行参考。 In view of the problem that the flue gas temperature at the outlet of the two-stage low-temperature economizer exceeds the design value by 20℃in the smoke waste heat utilization system of 1000 MW unit boiler,in order to achieve the design performance,the quantitative analysis of the temperature rise and end difference of the heat exchanger in the waste heat utilization system of boiler smoke is organized.The results show that the difference between the smoke side and the middle water heat exchange end of the twostage low-temperature economizer is slightly larger than the design value,the temperature rise is much smaller than the design value,and the difference between the middle water and the cold air heat exchange end is slightly smaller or close to the design value and the temperature rise is much smaller than the design value.The specific reasons are analyzed preliminarily,and the operation optimization,thermal test and technical transformation measures and suggestions are put forward for the design and operation reference.
