摘要
国华电力孟津发电有限责任公司的2×600MW超临界燃煤机组采用石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫处理工艺,通过根据脱硫入口烟气SO2浓度计算亚硫酸钙完全氧化理论需氧量,发现当中、低负荷烟气本身含氧量处于较设计值的"过量"状态时,对亚硫酸钙具有良好的氧化效果。通过研究实际运行中脱硫入口烟气含氧量与设计值的偏差,合理优化氧化风机运行方式,从而降低脱硫系统厂用电率。试验表明,监控脱硫入口烟气含氧量在合理范围,氧化风机停运对吸收塔浆液亚硫酸钙氧化没有影响,石膏排出正常。本文通过阐述优化氧化风机运行方式,降低了厂用电率0.11%,实现了机组节能效果。
The 2×600 MW supercritical coal-fired unit of Guohua Power Mengjin Power-generation Co.,Ltd.adopts limestone gypsum wet desulfurization process.The theoretical oxygen demand of complete oxidation of calcium sulfite is calculated according to the sulfur dioxide concentration of flue gas at the desulfurization inlet.It is found that when the oxygen content of flue gas at medium and low load is in the"excessive"state of design value,it has good oxidation effect on calcium sulfite Fruit.By studying the deviation between the oxygen content of flue gas at the desulfurization inlet and the design value,the operation mode of oxidation fan is optimized reasonably,so as to reduce the auxiliary power consumption of desulfurization system.The test results show that the oxygen content of the flue gas at the desulfurization inlet is in a reasonable range,the shutdown of the oxidation fan has no effect on the calcium sulfite oxidation of the absorption tower slurry,and the gypsum is discharged normally.This paper describes the optimization of the operation mode of the oxidation fan,reduces the auxiliary power consumption rate by 0.11%,realizes the energy saving effect of the unit,and has certain reference significance for similar units.
