摘要
文章依据《“十三五”国家科技创新规划》需求和新工科工程科技人才培养目标,在深入理解工程教育“新理念”、学科专业“新结构”以及人才培养“新模式”的基础上提出在创新驱动下一流大学、一流学科“三构建+两融合”本科人才培养新模式。“三构建”构成培养复合型、创新型人才的“三部曲”,其中构建功能模块化课程体系是核心要素。在人才培养的全过程还要注重“两融合”,即创新与学科交叉融合、学科竞赛与工程实践融合,这种人才培养模式有利于培养具有创新、创造和创业能力的高层次技术人才,可推动工程科技创新、产业创新以及服务产业转型升级。
According to the requirement of the"13th Five-Year National Science and Technology Innovation Plan"and the objective of training talents in"new engineering",a new training pattern of"three constructions+two integrations"for undergraduates in top-ranking universities and disciplines based on drive of innovation is presented on the basis of a thorough understanding of the"new concept"of engineering education,the"new structure"of disciplines and the"new model"of personnel training.The"three constructions"constitute the"trilogy"of cultivating interdisciplinary and innovative talents,in which the construction of the functional modular curriculum system is the core element.The"two integrations",that is,the integration of the innovation and cross-discipline,and that of the discipline competition and engineering practice,should also be run through in the whole process of personnel training.The training pattern is conducive to cultivating high-level technical talents with innovative,creative and entrepreneurial abilities.It can also promote the engineering technology innovation and industrial innovation,transformation and upgrading.
