面向“新四化”的车辆工程新工科建设探索

Exploration of Constructing Emerging Vehicle Engineering Education in the Context of New Four Modernizations

随着“中国制造2025”、“互联网+”等一系列国家重大战略的实施,汽车电动化、智能化、网联化及共享化(简称“新四化”)的趋势愈发明显,迫切需要培养造就一大批跨学科交叉的创新型汽车工程技术人才,而新工科教育理念的提出与实践,为车辆工程专业的创新人才培养模式提供了新的方向和途径。在汽车行业“新四化”的发展趋势及创新人才需求前提下,阐述车辆工程与新工科建设之间的辩证关系,并分析汽车“新四化”对专业人才培养提出的挑战,最后依据“新工科”教育理念提出未来车辆工程专业建设的建议,以期推动工程教育转型发展并为我国汽车行业提档升级提供人才保障。

With the implementation of a series of national strategies such as"made in China 2025"and"Internet plus",the trends of electrification,intelligence,interconnection and sharing for vehicles are becoming more and more obvious,then it is urgent to cultivate a large number of interdisciplinary innovative automotive engineers.The proposal and practice of the emerging engineering education provides an innovative direction and way for cultivating professional vehicle engineers.This study will be starting from the development trend and the demand of engineers in vehicle industry,then clarify the dialectic relation between vehicle engineering and the emerging engineering,and analyze the challenge of four modernization to the cultivating model.Finally,according to the emerging engineering education concept,we put forward suggestions for the development of future vehicle engineering,so as to promote the development of engineering education transformation and gear upgrades to provide innovative guarantee for China's vehicle industry.
