地方高校建筑专业的办学约束与转型路径研究 被引量:4

摘要 现代建筑教育受到市场经济深化和城乡建设转型的强力冲击,要求部分地方高校建筑专业的人才培养目标向乡村设计师收敛。基于三本院校独立办学的市场导向和建筑专业的应用特征,面向宅基地使用权转让产生设计需求、乡村建筑设计响应农民主体诉求、建筑教育目标对接乡村设计要求,以宁波大学科学技术学院为例,论证乡村设计师成长的OBE节点、设计教育与乡村服务的因果链、专业教育与乡村服务的增强回路,解释建筑教育与乡村服务融合的动力机制,为应用型本科建筑教育转型研究提供地方样本。 Modern architecture education has been strongly impacted by the deepening of the market economy and the transformation of urban and rural construction.The architecture specialty in independent colleges has to narrow its targeted education goals under college-size constraints.The architecture education should consider the market orientation of independent colleges and application characteristics of architecture program,and satisfy the design requirements for transferring the homestead use rights,the taught rural building design should correspond to the appeals of peasants,and the education goal should meet the rural design demands.Therefore,this paper demonstrates the out-come based education(OBE)nodes in the growth of rural designers,explores both the casual chains of education and rural services and the enhanced circuits of professional education and rural services,and proposes the coupling mechanism between architectural education and rural services.Our work grounds on college of science and technology of Ningbo University,aims to provide a local sample for the architecture education reform research in application-oriented universities of China.
