在食品微生物实验教学中应用虚拟仿真教学的策略分析

虚拟仿真实验教学是我国高等教育方式改革的方向之一,已在很多专业的实验教学中取得了一定的成果。在新工科教育背景下,借助虚拟仿真实验教学助力食品微生物实验教学的改革,提高食品微生物学实验的教学质量,需要结合食品科学学科的专业特点和学生的知识结构,更新优化食品微生物学实验的虚拟仿真教学内容、探索建立与虚拟仿真教学相适应的教学和考核方式,从而更好地服务于培养实践能力强、具有创新精神的食品科学专业人才。

Virtual simulation experiment teaching is one of the directions of higher education reform in our country,and has achieved some success in experiment teaching of various majors.In the context of new engineering education,to accelerate successful reform of food microbiology experiment teaching and improve the teaching quality of food microbiology experiment with the help of virtual simulation experiment teaching,we need to combine the professional characteristics of food science and students'knowledge structure,update and optimize the virtual simulation teaching content of food microbiology experiment,explore and establish teaching and assessment methods that are compatible with virtual simulation teaching.Only in such a way can we make the virtual simulation teaching better serve for training of food science professionals with strong practical ability and innovative spirit.
