基于教师行为选择的高校教学管理制度建设思考

教学管理制度与高校教师的教学密切相关,两者相互作用。当前在高校教学活动中,教学管理制度规引教师的行为选择存在失效问题。需从有效促进教师行为选择的正面性与积极性着手,加强教学管理制度建设。

Teaching management system is closely related to university teachers'teaching.Therefore,there is invalidity of the system in guiding teachers'behavior Choice.Starting from the positivity and enthusiasm of teachers'behavior choice,we need to strengthen the construction of teaching management system from the perspective of teaching academy.
