专业学位研究生实习综合管理平台的构建与实现

实践教学是专业学位研究生培养过程的重要环节,其中实习是研究生重要的社会实践活动之一。目前大多高校对研究生的实习管理比较传统,缺少有效的信息平台,管理中存在过程不规范、质量无法保证和实践结果得不到正确评价等问题。通过对研究生实习过程的研究,分析出研究生实习工作的流程与参与者,形成一套系统的管理流程。在此基础上,开发实习综合管理信息平台,对研究生实习过程进行管理、控制和有效评价,实现参与者的有效互动,提高了实习的质量。系统经过试运行,反应良好。

Practical teaching is an important part for full-time engineering postgraduate students.Among others internship is one of social practical activities taken part in by almost each student.However,the practical teaching management pattern of our country is still old,which has no information platform,exhibiting no standard,no means to ensure quality and correct evaluation.By studying the postgraduate student's practice process,analyzing the workflow and participants,we construct a set of systematic management workflow and pattern.Based our work,we develop comprehensive management platform,which control,manage and effectively evaluate the practical process,and realize good interaction among participants,enhance the quality of practical teaching.Therefore,the platform runs well in early phase and has gained good effect.
