摘要 利用功率键合图法构建数控切削系统动态模型,并对其动态特性进行分析。基于MATLAB进行仿真,根据仿真结果分析影响系统动态性能的关键因素,得到电机电流与切削力、电机电流与进给速度间变化关系;以及加工刀具与工件间摩擦、机床导轨摩擦、负载等参数对机床动态性能的影响,为数控切削系统参数的合理选择和系统优化设计提供参考。最后通过加工凸轮切削力实验,验证所建立的数控系统动态模型的准确性和方法的可行性。 The dynamic model of the CNC cutting system was constructed by using the power bond graph method,and its dyn-amic characteristics were analyzed.Based on MATLAB simulation,the key factors affecting the dynamic performance of the system were analyzed according to the simulation results.The relationship between the motor current and the cutting force,the motor current and the feed rate was obtained.The friction between the machining tool and the workpiece,the friction of the machine guide rail and the load were calculated.The influence of the dynamic performance of the machine tool provides reference for the rational selection of the parameters of the CNC cutting system and the system optimization design.Finally,the cam cutting force experiment was carried out to verify the accuracy of the established dynamic model of the CNC system and the feasibility of the method.
