摘要
根据液压阀块的加工工艺特点,研究在数控加工中心上液压阀块交叉孔、插装孔和斜孔的加工策略,详细论述了利用多轴加工技术加工斜孔的基点计算方法,为液压阀块的数控加工提供了参考。
The CNC machining processing strategy of the hydraulic manifold blocks was studied,such as the processing technology of the crossing holes,cavity holes,and inclined holes of the manifolds.The method of calculating the base point of the slant holes by multi axis machining technology was introduced in detail.It provides reference for CNC machining of hydraulic manifold block.
