摘要
针对废弃印刷线路板的破碎分选回收,设计一种三辊式剪切机,利用第一辊和第二辊之间的相互咬合,使印刷线路板在经第一辊和第二辊上的刀盘侧刃剪切后呈条状挤出,条状挤出物料再被第三辊外圆周上呈螺旋状分布的外圆周齿在导料板边缘依次折断,从而得到小块物料。介绍三辊式剪切机的详细结构,分析剪切过程的工作原理,介绍该剪切机的实践应用情况。使用结果表明:该机器结构简单、功耗低、噪声小、效率高、操作简单、维护方便,可将韧性好、硬度高、不易弯曲的废弃印刷线路板剪切粗碎成小块物料,为后续的细碎和物料分选奠定基础。
Aiming at the crushing,sorting and recycling of the wasted printed wire boards,a three-roller shearing machine was designed which made use of the interlocking between the first and the second roll to extrude the printed wire board into strips after being cut by the edges of the cutter heads on the two rolls.The strip extruded materials were broken in turn by the spiral teeth on the outer circumferences of the third roller at the edge of the guide plates,and small squares of materials were obtained.The detailed structure of the three-roller shearing machine was designed,the working principle of the shearing process was analyzed,and the practical application of the shearing machine was introduced.The application shows that the machine has the advantages of simple structure,low power consumption,low noise,high efficiency,simple operation and convenient maintenance.It can cut the scrap printed wire board with good toughness,high hardness and high rigidity into small pieces,which lays foundation for subsequent fine crushing and mate-rial separation.
