掘进装备液压系统安全分析验证平台的研制

摘要 液压系统是决定掘进装备工作性能的关键。以掘进装备液压系统为研究对象,建立掘进装备液压系统安全分析验证平台。通过分析液压系统带载工况下的动态性能,验证其工作时的安全性,同时为液压系统的设计研发和优化改进提供了试验依据,提高了掘进装备液压系统的可靠性。 The hydraulic system is the key factor in determining the working performance of the excavation equipment.Based on the hydraulic system of the excavation equipment,the safety analysis and verification platform for the hydraulic system of the excavation equipment was established.By analyzing the dynamic performance under load conditions,the safety performance of the hydraulic system was verified,and the experimental basis was provided for the design,development and optimization of the hydraulic system.The reliability for the hydraulic system of the excavation equipment is improved.
