摘要
为实现大批量各牌号乙丙橡胶微观结构序列分布参数的简便分析测定,使操作人员在计算过程中避免繁琐的人工积分数据录入,利用SampleXpress系列自动进样器、AVANCE系列核磁共振波谱仪自带的Iconnmr软件、Topspin软件的积分区域调出、调入功能以及Excel软件的数据处理能力,采用常温核磁共振碳谱反转门控去耦的实验方法,得到了准确度和精密度较高的批量样品序列分布计算结果。研究表明,在样品前处理和扫谱阶段,本方法减少了样品的溶解时间和扫描时间;在数据处理阶段,可自动获得同类样品的微观结构序列分布数据,为大批量产品的快速质量控制奠定了坚实的基础。
With the in-depth study of the microstructure of EPM and EPDM with ENB as the third monomer,the factory production and process research have higher requirements for obtaining the sequence distribution parameters quickly,so as to meet the quality control of various types of products as well as R&D.At normal temperature,by using NMR carbon spectroscopy reversal gated decoupling method with SampleXpress automatic sampler and softwares such as Iconnmr,Topspin and Excel,the sample dissolution time in pretreatment and scanning time in sweeping phase is reduced.In the data processing stage,only a few mouse clicks are needed to obtain the microstructure sequence distribution data of any sample,thus freeing the operator from the tedious manual integral data entry,and laying a solid foundation for the rapid quality control of large-scale products.
