摘要
自愈合聚合物是指能够修复划痕、裂纹等机械损伤的一类功能性高分子材料,其独特的自愈合能力对延长自身寿命具有重要意义。本征型自愈合聚合物凭借其愈合条件温和、可重复愈合等优点成为当前研究的热点。主要介绍了基于氢键和金属-聚合物配位键的可逆非共价键型自愈合聚合物材料以及基于Diels-Alder键、亚胺键和双硫键的可逆共价键型自愈合聚合物材料,并分别对其制备过程、愈合机理和愈合性能进行了综述,同时对本征型自愈合聚合物材料的发展进行了展望。
Self-healing polymer is a kind of functional polymer material that can repair mechanical damages such as scratches and cracks.The special self-healing ability is of great significance to prolong the service life of polymer materials.Due to mild healing conditions and repeatable healing,the intrinsic self-healing polymer has become a research hotspot.In this paper,the self-healing polymer materials with reversible non-covalent bonds including hydrogen bond and coordination bond as well as the self-healing polymer materials with reversible covalent bonds including Diels-Alder bond,imine bond and disulfide bond were introduced,and the preparation process,healing mechanism and healing property were summarized.Finally,the development of intrinsic self-healing polymer materials was also prospected.
