摘要
以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)作结构导向剂,钛酸四丁酯为钛源,采用软模板法水热制备介孔TiO2(m-TiO2)主体基质.在浸渍处理的基础上,利用微波辅助水热法快速合成ZnS@m-TiO2主客体组装体.使用XRD,FTIR,UV-Vis-DRS和SEM等对组装体进行物相、孔结构等方面的表征.制备的组装体具有较好的亚微米粒度分布,孔径分布均匀,ZnS主要组装在m-TiO2的孔道结构中.组装体在605 nm处具有显著发光性能,其发光机制主要表现为缺陷发光,可以归属于S空位缺陷和在临近m-TiO2表面层ZnS(O2^-)的辐射跃迁形式复合导致的.
Mesoporous TiO2(m-TiO2)host matrix was prepared by hydrothermal soft template method with ce tyl trimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)as the structure guide agent and tetrabutyltitanate as the titanium source.Host-guest assembly for ZnS@-mTiO2 was rapidly synthesized by microwave-assisted hydrothermal method on the basis of immersion treatment.The assembly was characterized by XRD,FTIR,UV-Vis-DRS,SEM,etc.for body phase and pore structure.The preparation of assembly body was of good submicron particle size distribution,pore size distribution uniformity.ZnS was centrally assembled in the pore structure of m-TiO2.Assembly body had significant luminous performance at 605 nm and the luminescence mechanism was mainly attributed to defects.The phenomenon could be ascribed to radiative transition recombination between S vacancy defects and ZnS(O2-)near the m-TiO2 surface.
