摘要
本文以Hyland提出的转述动词理论框架为基础,通过参照互联网数据库中6篇有关石油化工类英语学术论文,对其中的转述动词使用情况进行了对比分析。研究表明:石油化工类英语学术论文中的转述动词以主动语态、现在时为主,主要分为研究类转述动词和认知类转述动词;主语多使用物称主语。
Based on the theoretical framework of reporting verbs proposed by Hyland,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the use of reporting verbs in six English petrochemical academic papers in the Internet databases.The research indicates that the reporting verbs in English petrochemical academic papers are mainly divided into research reporting verbs and cognitive reporting verbs,mainly with active voice and present tense,and subjects of reporting verbs are mostly objects.
