课程思政是新时代高校育人理念变革的创新产物,核心要义是强调深入挖掘专业课程中蕴含的思政教育资源,把思政元素融入专业课教学中,充分发挥专业课程的育人功能,从而促进“三全”育人格局的形成。关键是要营造课程思政建设内外部良好的氛围,努力做到“育德”与“育才”、专业课程与思政课程、专业课教师与思政课教师、学校主导与院系主体的统筹协调。

Curriculum ideological and political education is the innovational product of the concept reform of college education in the new era.The core meaning is to emphasize the in-depth digging of ideological and political education resources contained in specialized courses.The ideological and political elements should be put into the professional courses teaching,and the educational function of professional courses should be given full play so as to promote the formation of the"three integrity"educational pattern.The key is to create a good internal and external atmosphere in the construction of curriculum ideological and political education and to strive to achieve the overall coordination between"cultivating morality"and"cultivating talents",specialized courses and ideological and political courses,specialized course teachers and ideological and political course teachers,and school dominating and department main body.
