摘要
以玉露的叶片为外植体,研究玉露的组织培养技术,结果显示:在不含激素的MS培养基上培养20d左右开始出现愈伤组织,愈伤组织在MS+6-BA(0.5 mg/L)+NAA(0.1mg/L)培养基上培养20d左右形成无根苗,无根苗在1/2MS+NAA(0.2mg/L)培养基上培养10d左右长出0.5cm左右不定根。试验为玉露组培苗商品化生产提供技术支持。
With the leaves as explants, the tissue culture technology of Haworthia cooperi var. pilifera is studied. The results show that there are obvious callus on hormone-free MS medium for about 20 days. Callus is cultured on MS+6-BA(0.5 mg/L)+NAA(0.1 mg/L) medium for about 20 days to form test-tube rootless seedlings, and adventitious roots grow about 0.5 cm after 10 days of cultivation on 1/2 MS+NAA(0.2 mg/L) medium. The experiment provides technical support for commercial production of Haworthia cooperi var. pilifera.
