我国运动康复研究的知识图谱分析

Mapping knowledge domain analysis on sports rehabilitation in China

为了研究我国运动康复研究的现状和研究主题分布,为我国运动康复理论与实践的后续研究提供借鉴,采用Citespace可视化分析软件,对2000~2018年发表在核心期刊、CSSCI和CSCD上的1023篇运动康复研究文献进行分析。研究主题涵盖了运动康复在脑血管疾病中的应用、运动康复在其他疾病中的应用、运动康复在运动领域的应用和运动康复课程建设和人才培养等在内的10个聚类。研究表明:我国运动康复研究年发文量总体呈增长态势,但在后续的研究中,应当重点关注运动康复在实施过程中对运动量和运动负荷的控制,加强对运动康复课程建设和人才培养等方面的研究。

In order to study the status quo and topic distribution of exercise rehabilitation research in China and provide reference for the follow-up research of exercise rehabilitation theory and practice in China,the visualized analysis software Citespace was used to analyze 1023 sports rehabilitation research literatures published in core journals,CSSCI and CSCD from 2000 to 2018.The research topics covered 10 clusters including the application of exercise rehabilitation in cerebrovascular diseases,the application of exercise rehabilitation in other diseases,the application of exercise rehabilitation in sports field,the construction of exercise rehabilitation courses and talent training.The results showed that the annual publication of sports rehabilitation research in China was on the whole increasing.But in the follow-up study,emphasis should be paid to the control of exercise amount and exercise load during the implementation of exercise rehabilitation,to strengthen the sports rehabilitation courses construction and personnel training and other aspects of research.
