基于数据挖掘技术分析穴位按摩治疗认知功能障碍的选穴规律

Analysis of Point Selection Rules of Acupoint Massage for Cognitive Dysfunction Based on Data Mining Technology

目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析穴位按摩治疗认知功能障碍的选穴规律。方法:通过检索中国知网、万方、中国生物医学文献、维普、PubMed数据库中穴位按摩治疗认知功能障碍的临床研究文献,对穴位按摩治疗认知功能障碍的穴位处方进行梳理并建立数据库,运用IBM SPSS 22.0和Gephi 0.9.2对穴位按摩处方进行聚类和关联分析。结果:最后共纳入35篇文献,36条穴位按摩处方,共涉及55个穴位,其中较常用的前7个穴位依次为百会、太阳、风池、内关、四神聪、印堂、神庭;频率最高的经络为督脉;穴位主要集中在头面颈项部;最常用的特定穴为交会穴。聚类分析结果简单分为4类,分别为太阳-神庭-四神聪-风池-百会、内关-三阴交-安眠-神门、印堂-翳风-四白-委中-涌泉-玉枕、以及余下穴位归为一类。关联分析网络图显示连线最粗的是百会与风池,其次是风池与太阳,第三位是百会与太阳,且百会、风池、太阳3个穴位在穴位按摩治疗认知功能障碍中具有重要地位。结论:穴位按摩治疗认知功能障碍选穴主要在循经取穴的基础上,遵循近部取穴的原则,同时具有特定穴选穴和辨证取穴的特点。

Objective Analysis of point selection rules of acupoint massage in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction by data mining technology.Methods Research the papers on acupoint massage for cognitive impairment was retrieved from the databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)、VIP Database、China Biology Medicine disc,(CBMdisc)、Wanfang Data、PubMed,To sort out acupoint prescriptions of acupoint massage for cognitive impairment and establish database,Clustering and correlation analysis of acupoint massage prescriptions by IBM SPSS 22.0 and Gephi 0.9.2.Results A total of 35 papers and 36 acupoint massage prescriptions were included,involving 55 acupoints,The first seven acupoints are Baihui,Taiyang,Fengchi,Neiguan,Sishencong,Yintang and Shenting.The most frequent channels and collaterals are the Du meridians;the acupoints are mainly concentrated in the head,face and neck;the most commonly used specific acupoints are Junction acupoints.Cluster analysis results were divided into four categories:Taiyang-Shenting-SiShencong-Fengchi-Baihui,Neiguan-Sanyinjiao-Anmian-Shenmen,Yintang-Yifeng-Sibai-Weizhong-Yongquan-Yuzhi,and the remaining acupoints,Relevance analysis network chart shows that the thickest connection is Baihui and Fengchi,followed by Fengchi and Taiyang,and the third is Baihui and Taiyang,and Baihui,Fengchi and Taiyang are three acupoints which play an important role in acupoint massage treatment of cognitive impairment.Conclusion Acupoint massage therapy for cognitive impairment mainly follows the principle of proximal acupoint selection on the basis of acupoint selection along meridians and it has the characteristics of selecting specific acupoints and points based on syndrome differentiation.
