淋巴瘤化疗患者出院准备度现状及影响因素研究

Status of the readiness for hospital discharge and its influencing factors in patients with lymphoma chemotherapy

目的研究淋巴瘤化疗患者出院准备度的现状并分析其影响因素,为提高患者的出院准备度及生命质量提供依据。方法采用一般资料调查问卷、出院准备度量表、出院指导质量量表及简易应对方式量表对160例淋巴瘤化疗患者进行调查。结果淋巴瘤化疗患者的出院准备度总分为(91.66±7.50)分,淋巴瘤化疗患者的出院准备度与出院指导质量及积极应对方式呈正相关,与消极应对方式呈负相关。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、文化程度、有无合并症、是否有照顾者、出院指导质量、应对方式是淋巴瘤化疗患者出院准备度的主要影响因素。结论淋巴瘤化疗患者的出院准备度有待提高,受多种因素影响,医护人员可根据患者的具体情况开展针对性的干预措施,提高其出院准备度。

Objective To investigate the current situation of the readiness for hospital discharge in patients with lymphoma chemotherapy and analyze its influencing factors so as to improve the readiness for hospital discharge and life quality.Methods A total of 160 cases of chemotherapy with lymphoma were investigated by general data questionnaire,Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale(RHDS),Quality of Discharge Teaching Scale(QDTS)and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ).Results The total score of RHDS was(91.66±7.50),and the readiness for hospital discharge of the patients with lymphoma chemotherapy was positively correlated with their quality of discharge teaching and positive coping style,and negatively correlated with negative coping style.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,education level,complications,cares givers,the quality of discharge teaching and positive coping style were the main factors influencing the readiness for hospital discharge of the patients with lymphoma chemotherapy.Conclusion The readiness for hospital discharge of the patients with lymphoma chemotherapy remains to be improved,which is affected by various factors.Medical staff can carry out targeted intervention measures according to the specific conditions of patients to improve the readiness for hospital discharge.
