糖尿病前期患者食物成瘾及其影响因素的研究

A study on food addiction and its influencing factors in patients with prediabetes

目的探索糖尿病前期患者食物成瘾的发生情况及影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表和耶鲁食物成瘾量表对224例糖尿病前期患者进行调查,并采用多因素Logistic回归分析糖尿病前期患者食物成瘾发生的影响因素。结果224例糖尿病前期患者食物成瘾患病率为9.82%(22/224)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,食物成瘾与年龄、吸烟、饮酒、体质指数有关。结论糖尿病前期患者存在食物成瘾现象,年龄、吸烟、饮酒、体质指数增加是食物成瘾发生的危险因素。

Objective To investigate the occurrence and influencing factors of food addiction in patients with prediabetes.Methods A total of 224 cases of prediabetes were investigated with the general information questionnaire and Yale Food Addiction Scale.Then multi-factor Logistic regression analysis were used to study the risk factors of the food addiction.Results The prevalence of food addiction in prediabetes patients was 9.82%(22/224).Logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of food addiction were age,smoking and alcohol consumption,and body max index(BMI).Conclusion There is food addiction exists in prediabetes patients.Age,smoking,drinking and increased BMI are the main factors.
