The progress of illness perception in patients with chronic kidney disease

文章综述了慢性肾病患者对疾病的诊断及治疗、危险因素及饮食和液体管理的感知现状,分析了影响慢性肾病患者疾病感知的因素,并提出提高医疗保健人员的认知、增强公众的慢性肾病意识、加强慢性肾病患者的健康教育建议,为提高患者的依从性和生活质量,减少并发症以及延缓病程进展提供借鉴。

The article summarized the diagnosis and treatment of diseases,risk factors and the status quo of diet and fluid management in patients with chronic kidney disease.It analyzed the factors that affect the disease perception of patients with chronic kidney disease,and proposed to improve the awareness of health care workers and enhance the public chronic kidney awareness.It recommended to strength health education for patients with chronic kidney disease,in order to improve patient compliance and quality of life and reducing complications and delaying the progression of the disease.
