As a new type of control system,PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)can be widely used in the ZJ19 coil?ing unit lifting wheel lifting control.Through real-time monitoring of the working process of ZJ19 coiling unit lifting wheel lifting and analyzing the disadvantages of the original logic valve control,this paper focused on the transforma?tion method of replacing the original logic valve circuit and program with PLC and electromagnetic valve.
