五大改造视野下提高罪犯劳动改造积极性的思考

Thoughts on Improving the Positivity of Criminals’ Labor Reform with the Perspective of Five Major Reforms

监狱引进生产项目后,由于环境制约、劳动经技能培训不到位、管理理念和方法陈旧、劳动报酬或劳动成果的转化不够、罪犯参与劳动改造的主动性不高等方面的不足,不能充分发挥监狱生产作为一种对罪犯实施劳动改造载体的实际效用。监狱可以采取调动罪犯的改造主动性、促进罪犯养成良好习惯、提高罪犯职业技能、培养罪犯核心价值观、丰富劳动报酬使用途径等相应的对策措施。

After the introduction of production projects in prisons,the actual utility of prison production as a labor transformation carriers for criminals cannot be fully played due to environmental constraints,lack of skills training in labor,obsolete management concepts and methods,insufficient conversion of labor compensation and labor results,and low initiative of criminals to participate in labor reform.Therefore,prisons can take corresponding countermeasures such as arousing criminals'positivity,promoting criminals’good habits,improving their professional skills,cultivating core values,and enriching the access of labor compensation.
