人民法院司法警察培训,是司法警察管理工作的一部分。完善司法警察①培训模式是在新形势下保证司法警察队伍可持续发展的必然要求。对比美国警察及美国联邦法警培训,现阶段我国司法警察培训仍然存在不少问题。我国司法警察培训模式应从从需求分析科学化、师资构建多元化、内容设计实战化、物质投入夯实化等四个方面来加以完善。

The judicial police training of the people's court is a part of the judicial police management.Improving the judicial police training mode is an inevitable requirement for ensuring the sustainable development of the judicial police force in the new situation.Compared with the US police and the US federal police training,there are still many problems in the judicial police training in China.China's judicial police training mode should be improved from scientific analysis of needs,diversification of teachers construction,actual content design,and punning material input.
