“法考”制度改革背景下地方高校工程法律人才培养模式创新研究

Research on the Innovation of the Training Mode of Engineering Legal Talents in Local Universities with the Reform of the “National Uniform Legal Profession Qualification Examination”

“国家统一法律职业资格考试”制度改革的落地落实,导致地方高校工程法律人才培养的外部环境发生重大变化,法学与工程课程体系的深度复合、工程法律人才实践能力培养和人文素质教育等问题亟需探讨解决。通过对东南大学、长沙理工大学、湖南理工学院和福建工程学院等院校工程法律人才培养模式的对比分析,地方高校的工程法律人才培养模式创新主要进路为:第一,培养法科生的工程素养与知识,挖掘法学与工程学的最大结合潜力;第二,重视法律实践能力的养成,以校地合作作为地方高校工程法律人才实践能力培养的新动力;第三,合理设置德育课程及其比重,以充沛的人文知识和伦理素养作为工程法律人才的坚实道德基础。

The implementation of the reform of the“National Uniform Legal Profession Qualification Examination”system has led to major changes for the training of engineering legal talents in local universities.Therefore,some problems,such as the deep integration of the legal and engineering curriculum systems and the cultivation of practice ability and humanities quality of engineering legal talents,need to be resolved.Through the comparative analysis of the training mode of engineering legal talents in Southeast University,Changsha University of Science and Technology,Hunan Institute of Science and Technology and Fujian University of Technology,the main approaches for the innovation of engineering legal talents training mode in local universities are as follows:First,cultivating the engineering knowledge and quality of legal students to exploit the greatest combining potentialities of law and engineering;second,using school-site cooperation to attach importance to the development of legal practice ability;third,rationally setting up moral education courses and its proportion,to build a solid moral foundation for engineering legal talents with abundant human knowledge and ethical quality.
