枸地氯雷他定片联合鼻喷激素治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets Combined with Nasal Spray Hormone in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的:观察鼻喷激素联合口服枸地氯雷他定片治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年5月-2018年5月收治的80例变应性鼻炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组仅给予口服枸地氯雷他定片治疗,观察组给予雷诺考特鼻喷雾剂联合枸地氯雷他定片治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗5 d时观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组鼻塞、鼻痒、流鼻涕及打喷嚏缓解时间均明显早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:鼻喷激素联合枸地氯雷他定片治疗变应性鼻炎,能快速改善患者症状,保证治疗效果,从而提高患者生活质量。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of nasal spray hormone combined with oral Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Method: A total of 80 patients with allergic rhinitis treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the study objects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was only given oral Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets treatment, while the observation group was treated with Rhinocort Nasal Spray combined with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Result: At 5 d of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The relief time of nasal congestion, nose itch, runny nose and sneeze in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Nasal spray hormone combined with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can quickly improve the symptoms of patients, ensure the therapeutic effect, and improve the quality of life of patients.
